Myth Buster 3

🚫 Myth Busted: “Stay Quiet During Training” 🚫
Think you should be quiet as a mouse during training 🤐
Think again! Silence can create confusion and frustration (for both ends of the lead to be honest!)
Why stay quiet when a dog is listening and eager to participate? Communication helps build understanding and confidence.
You’re not going to get anything wrong if you communicate with the dog in front of you.
Dogs read your tone, enthusiasm, and body language. Staying silent in training is quite frankly making things harder than they need to be!
❌ Don’t let ‘rules’ hold you back
Talk to your dog and enjoy the process! Communicate – offer guidance and encouragement. It’s not confusing; it’s motivating!
Let’s make training easier, not harder and put this myth where it belongs… in the archaic dustbin! 🗑
